FAIRPORT LACROSSE BOOSTER CLUB MEMBERSHIP 2010

Thank you for becoming a member of the 2010 Fairport Boys lacrosse booster club!  Membership dues are:$20. for single player in the family, $25 for multiple players.  Your donation is one of the few ways the booster club raises money to support the boys in the Fairport lacrosse program. We would also like to place your name and a brief message in the lacrosse program, which will come out at the end of the year.  To complete the registration processes please print this form, fill in the information requested and bring the form and a check to meet the team night.
